The Mission City Council will hold a Regular Meeting on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. by Teleconference in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: 5101 Anzalduas Hwy, A 39.27 acre tract of land out of Lot 41, John H. Shary Subdivision from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (I-1) Light Industrial

Rezoning: 509 South Mile Road, A 9.82 acre tract out of Lot 16-5, West Addition to Sharyland Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (I-1) Light Industrial

Rezoning: Tract 1: 715 Walsh Avenue, A 2.00-acre tract of land, more or less, out of Lot 20-4, West Addition to Sharyland Subdivision, from (C-3) General Business to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential

Rezoning: Tract 2: The South 525.0 feet of the East 525.0 feet of Lot 20-3, West Addition to Sharyland Subdivision, from (I-1) Light Industrial to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential

Rezoning: Tract 3: The East 988.0 feet of the North ½ of Lot 19-3, West Addition to Sharyland Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential

Discussion and Action to Amend Section 110-375 ‘Parking for Certain Purposes’ of Chapter 10 – Traffic and Vehicles, Article VIII, Division 1, of the City of Mission’s Code of Ordinances, to Hereafter include the prohibition of parking private vehicles in public parking lot spaces for certain purposes. Prohibited parking by private vehicles on city-owner property includes, but not limited to, overnight, non-business hours or weekend parking.

Discussion and Action to Amend Inspections and Planning Fees

If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement. Anyone interested is invited to attend. Anna Carrillo, City Secretary
