The Mission City Council will hold a Regular Meeting on Monday, May 24, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. by Teleconference in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: 1914 Crystal Drive, A tract of land containing 0.613 of one acre, being a part or portion of the Gulf Course and Lake Reserve out of Meadow Creek Country Club Phase I-B from PUD(AO-P) Permanent Open Space District to PUD(R-1) Single Family Residential

Rezoning: 1207 Lake View Drive, Lot 6, 7, 8, and 9, Block 3, Meadow Creek Country Club, Phase 2A from (PUD) Planned Unit Development (R-1T) Townhouse Residential to (PUD) Planned Unit Development (R-3) Multi-Family Residential

Rezoning: 1916 Crystal Drive, A tract of land containing 0.612 of one acre, being a part or portion of the Gulf Course and Lake Reserve out of Meadow Creek Country Club Phase I-B from (PUD) Planned Unit Development (AO-P) Permanent Open Space District to (PUD) Planned Unit Development (R-1) Single Family Residential

Rezoning: 1931 Meadow Way Drive, A tract of land containing 0.551 of one acre, being a part or portion of the Gulf Course and Lake Reserve out of Meadow Creek Country Club Phase I-B from (PUD) Planned Unit Development (AO-P) Permanent Open Space District to (PUD) Planned Unit Development (R-1) Single Family Residential

Discussion and Action to Amend the Noise Ordinance
