NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Palmview Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 6:00 pm at the Palmview City Hall Council Chambers, 400 West Veterans Blvd, Palmview, Texas to consider the following:

• Discussion and possible action to rezone from its present designated land use zoning Agricultural Open Interim (AO-1) To Duplex- Fourplex Residential (R-2): 3.352 ACRES OUT OF LOT 34, ST. LOUIS GROVES SUBDIVISION, VOLUME 8 PAGE 47, H.C.M.R

Additionally, notice is hereby given that a hearing before the Palmview City Council will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 6:00 pm at the Palmview City Hall Council Chambers to consider the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Board on this matter.

If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Palmview’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement.
