The Mission Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at the Mission Council Chambers, 1201 E. 8th Street, Mission, Texas and by Teleconference in order to consider the following:
Rezoning: Lots 1, 2, and 3, Chaparral Terrace Subdivision, from (R-1) Single Family Residential to (R-2) Duplex-Fourplex Residential
Rezoning: Lot 38 & the South 411.4’ of Lot 39, Melba Carter Subdivision (Un Recorded) from (R-1) Single Family Residential to (C-3) General Business
Discussion and Action to Rescind Ordinance No. 4883 as it relates to open carports setbacks requirements
