January 10– RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s next Manic Monday Mixer will be held at La Quinta Convention Center Hotel from 5:30 to 7 p.m. for business people to enjoy appetizers and beverages while networking and creating new business leads. January 13– At 6 p.m., Quinta Mazatlán hosts W.F. Strong for a special presentation of “Vultures and Raptors: Birds I’ve Come to Know and Love.” A book sale and book signing will follow the program.
