  • Today is the deadline to sign up for the South Texas Health System’s Heroes with Heart 5K. The 5K run starts at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 26 at South Texas Health System Heart, 1900 S. D Street, McAllen.   • The Museum of South Texas History, 200 N. Closner Blvd. in Edinburg, presents Heritage and History Days 2022, for two weekends. The two-weekend event kicks off with “Community History Saturdays” from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. featuring food, crafts, historic exhibits, live music performances and more. Both Saturdays will feature local folklórico dance groups, hands-on activities, history demonstrations and the Rio Grande Legacy exhibits. The events are included in the regular museum admission.   • William Shakespeare’s tragic drama,Coriolanus, will be the next production by the UTRGV Productions Theatre players for six performances.   • The Food Bank RGV’s Farm Dinner 2022will be held from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the historical Valley Fruit Co. building of the Food Bank RGV. The evening offers a cocktail hour outdoors followed by a five-course dinner inside with cuisine featuring locally sourced ingredients. Tickets are $150 per person and must be purchased in advance.
