The City Council of the City of Palmhurst, Texas will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. at the Palmhurst City Hall’s Council Chambers, 4417 North Shary Road, Palmhurst, Texas in order to consider public commentary regarding the following application for a change of zoning from a RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT to a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT of the two adjoining tracts proposed to be used for one commercial development:
Tract 1: A triangular tract of land bounded on the west by a line parallel to and 164.3’ easterly from the west line of said Lot 33-8, West Addition to Sharyland Subdivision; on the northeast by the southwest line of the right-of-way of the canal of the Hidalgo County Water Control and Improvement District No. 7 crossing said lot; and to the south, by the south line of said Lot 33-8, West Addition to Sharyland Subdivision; containing 1.760 acres, more or less.
Tract 2: The west 70’ of the south 120’, Lot 33-8, West Addition to Sharyland Subdivision, 0.193 acres, more or less.
