CYNTHIA ALVEAR, SANDRA ALVEAR, ALFREDO RENE ALVEAR, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF ALFREDO ALVEAR, DECEASED.

A brief nature of the suit is as follows: PLAINTIFF(S) PRAY FOR DAMAGES IN AN AMOUNT OT BE PROVEN AT TRIAL, INCLUDING BUT NO LIMITED OT ACTUAL DAMAGES, DIRECT AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ATTORNEY FEES AND TAXABLE COURT COST. Brief Summary: This proceeding concerns the foreclosure of a lien on the following real property and improvements commonly known as 4405 Wisteria Ave, McAllen, TX 78504, and more particularly described as LOT 136, MEADOW RIDGE SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MCALLEN, HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 49, PAGE 168, MAP RECORDS OF HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS.
