 PUBLIC NOTICE

The City of Alton will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall Legislative Chambers located at 509 S. Alton Boulevard to consider the following request:

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST:

Laura L. Gutierrez, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow an income tax home office, at 1205 S. Trosper Blvd, also legally described as Lot 9, Jordan Heights Subdivision, Alton, Hidalgo County, Texas. 

The public is invited to attend the public hearing or file written support for or opposition to this application by 12:00 noon on October 25, 2022, for the Planning and Zoning and the City Commission.
