 PUBLIC NOTICE

The Mission Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. at the Mission Council Chambers, 1201 E. 8th Street, Mission, Texas and by Teleconference in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: A tract of land containing 5.000 acres, being a part or portion out of Lot 42, Bell-Woods Co’s Subdivision “C”, from (R-1T) Townhouse Residential to (R-2) Duplex-Fourplex; REZ22-48 (Approximate Location: 120’ North of Thompson on the East side of Trosper Road)

Rezoning: A 4.09 acre tract of land being 4.12 acres out of Lot 66, New Caledonia Subdivision Unit No. 1; save and except the state of texas tract a 0.0287 of an acre tract out of Lot 66, New Caledonia Subdivision Unit No. 1, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (C-3) General Business; REZ22-49 (Approximate Location: Northwest corner of Mile 3 Road and Schuerbach Road) 

Rezoning: Being 7.426 acre out of Lot 32-1, West Addition to Sharyland Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-2) Duplex-Fourplex; REZ22-50 (Approximate Location: 180’ South of White Oak Drive and West Mile 3 Road)

Rezoning: Being a 3.01 acres tract of land out of and forming a part or portion of Lots 184 and 194, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (C-3) General Business; REZ22-51 (Approximate Location: 400’ North of East 1st Street on the West side of North Shary Road) 

If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement. Anyone interested is invited to attend. Anna Carrillo, City Secretary
