Public Notice- City of Mission Planning & Zoning

The Mission Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. at the Mission Council Chambers, 1201 E. 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: Tract 1: A 1.000 acre tract of land, more or less out of Lot 236, John H. Shary Subdivision; Tract 2: A 9.000 acre tract of land more or less, out of Lot 236, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultrual Open Interim to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential; REZ22-52

(Approximate Location: Along the West Side of Taylor Road approximately 1,320’ South of E. Griffin Parkway)

Rezoning: A 1.999 acre tract of land being a portion of Lot “D”, B.L. Millers Re-Subdivision of Lots 16, 17, 18, 19, & 20, Block 4, Mission Groves Estates, from (AO-I) Agricultrual Open Interim to (C-3) General Business; REZ22-53

(Approximate Location: On the North side of Griffin Parkway Road approximately 940’ East of Moorefield Road)

If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement. Anyone interested is invited to attend. Anna Carrillo, City Secretary
