November 29 –RGV Hispanic Chamber President/CEO Cynthia Saulenzki will host the next Zoom webinar with a Rio Grande Valley CEO at 9 a.m. This month’s guest is Felida Villarreal, president and CEO of Valley Initiative for Development and Advancement.  It helps low income, unemployed and underemployed RGV residents get the education and training to secure high-skilled, high wage jobs. December 5 – The annual RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Ugly Christmas Sweater Mixer takes place on at Legacy Event Center, 4610 S. Jackson Rd., Edinburg, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The best ugly sweater worn by a man and a woman will win each person one round-trip ticket on Aeromar Airlines. Bring unwrapped toys to be donated to Sara’s Hope Annual Toy Drive and to be entered in the door prize drawing with one drawing ticket for each donated toy. Be sure to take a photo with Santa.
