Public Hearing Notice

Sharyland Independent School District will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., February 27, 2023 at the Sharyland Pioneer High School Auditorium, 10001 N. Shary Rd. Mission, Texas.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the school district’s Academic Performance Report for the 2021 – 2022 school year. In accordance with Texas Education Code Chapter 39, each district’s board of trustees is required to publish an annual report that includes the TAPR, campus performance objectives, a report of violent or criminal incidents, and information received under Texas Education Code §51.403(e) from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

The board of trustees is required to hold a hearing for public discussion of the report.
