REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS

The Agua Special Utility District (District) will accept sealed bid proposals for the following:

3/28/23/001-Liquid Aluminum Sulfate Blend

3/28/23/002-Liquid Ammonium Sulfate

until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at the offices of the (District) located at 3120 North Abram Road Palmview, Texas 78572. Proposals received after this time will not be considered. 

The seal bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 3:10 p.m. Vendors are invited to attend the acknowledgment at the (District) boardroom.

A pre-bid conference will be held at District office at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at 3120 North Abram Road Palmview, TX 78572.

Detailed specifications may be obtained at (District) office 3120 North Abram Road Palmview, Texas 78572 or e-mail your request to the following email address: cynthiav@aguasud.com. 

Please mark on the outside of the envelope(s) or box: “SEALED BID PROPOSALS FOR 3/28/23/001-LIQUID ALUMINUM SULFATE BLEND and/or 3/28/23/002-LIQUID AMMONIUM SULFATE, March 28, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.”, and addressed to Mr. Roberto Salinas, General Manager, Agua Special Utility District. 

The (District) will not be responsible in the event that the U.S. Postal Service or any other courier system fails to deliver the sealed proposals to the (District) by the given deadline above. No proposal will be accepted via facsimile or electronic transmission.

The (District) reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities contained therein and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to the (District).
