Ramirez, Jr., 332nd District Court of Hidalgo County, Texas at the Courthouse of said county in Edinburg, Texas. Said PLAINTIFF’S ORIGINAL PETITION WITH EXHIBITS A-C filed in said court on the 4th day of November, 2022 in this case numbered C-4293-22-F on the docket of said court and styled
WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB AS TRUSTEE OF WV 2017-1 GRANTOR TRUST VS. THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF ANGELICA RUIZ, DECEASED.
Said petition was filed in said court by Attorney Cheyenne M. Zokaie whose address is 701 N Post Oak Road ste. 205 Houston, TX 77024.
A brief nature of the suit is as follows: This is an In Rem action relating to a secured interest encumbering real property commonly known as 7528 Edgar Dr., Mission, TX 78574 and with the legal description of Lots 36, Western Village Subdivision, as show by the Map or Plat thereof Recorded in Volume 39, Pages 96-97, Map Records, Hidalgo County, Texas. The Petition alleges that the record owner of property, Angelica Ruiz is deceased and that some of her Heirs, Assigns and Devisees are Unknown.
The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.
