PUBLIC NOTICE
The Mission Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at the Mission Council Chambers, 1201 E. 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:
Rezoning: A tract of land being the South 7.8 acres of the North 103.8 acres of a certain 203.7 acres tract of land known as the Fernandez Strip out of Porcion 52, from (PUD) Planned Unit Development to (R-2) Duplex-Fourplex Residential; REZ23-6
Rezoning: The South 5.4 acres of Lot 38, Bell-Woods Company’s Subdivision “C”, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-2) Duplex-Fourplex; REZ23-8
Rezoning: Lot 36, Freeway Subdivision Unit No. 4, from (R-1) Single Family Residential to (R-2) Duplex-Fourplex Residential; REZ23-12
