Notice is hereby given that the Palmview Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the Palmview City Hall Council Chambers, 400 West Veterans Blvd, Palmview, Texas to consider the following:

• Discussion and possible action for a Conditional Use Permit, requested by Juan Escamilla, to build a guest house at Mission Groves Estates E100’-W600’-N264.28’ LT 11 & E100’-W600’-S35.78’ LT 12 BLK 1 0.72AC GR 0.63AC NET; 603 E. Palma Vista Dr.

• Consideration for a conditional use permit, requested by El Mananero, LLC., for one year, to allow on-premises consumption at a restaurant at Bentsen Groves W 3AC LOT 91; 1106 N. Bentsen Palm Dr.

Additionally, notice is hereby given that a hearing before the Palmview City Council will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the Palmview City Hall Council Chambers to consider the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Board on this matter.
