Notice is hereby given that the La Joya Board of Adjustment will hold a Called Meeting on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 5:30 pm at the La Joya City Hall Council Chambers, 701 E Expressway 83 La Joya Texas to consider the following. 

• Consideration for a Variance, requested by Jose A. Garcia, to allow an encroachment of 20 feet into the front 25-foot setback at Lake View at Palmshores UT 2 Lot 44; Palmshores Blvd.
