 PUBLIC NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE 

CITY OF PALMHURST PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Palmhurst, Texas will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Palmhurst City Hall’s Council Chambers, 4417 North Shary Road, Palmhurst, Texas in order to consider public commentary regarding a proposed Future Land Use Map (FLUM) of its corporate limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ). After received comments, the Planning & Zoning Commission will then consider taking action on this item. 

A Future Land Use Map typically reflects the city’s vision for eventual land uses of affected properties. This FLUM is helpful when prospective developers, and/or prospective parties may desire to purchase properties for residency or investment.
