Request for Qualification

The Agua Special Utilities District (“District”) seeks responses to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from firms for the following:

10/16/23/001 – Engineering Services for Geographic Information System (GIS) and Mapping Services

10/16/23/002 – Land Surveying Services 

Submit six (6) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format on a USB of the Consultant’s RFQ. The hard copies and USB shall be mailed or submitted to AGUA SPECIAL UTILITY DISTRICT, 3120 North Abram Road, Palmview, Texas 78572 by 3:00 P.M., October 16, 2023. RFQ shall be submitted in a sealed package clearly typed/printed on the lower left-hand corner addressed as follows:

The District will review and evaluate qualifications using the point-scoring method and recommendations will be given to Board Directors at a regular board meeting. The (District) reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive irregularities contained therein and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to the (District).

The (District) will not be responsible in the event that the U.S. Postal Service or any other courier system fails to deliver the sealed proposals to the (District) by the given deadline above. No proposal will be accepted via facsimile or electronic transmission.
