The Mission City Council will hold a Regular Meeting on Monday, March 11, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. at the Mission Council Chambers, 1201 E. 8th Street, Mission, Texas and by Teleconference in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: A tract of land containing 3.532 acres, being a part or portion out of Lot 20-11, West Addition to Sharyland, from (C-3) General Business to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential; Address: 1200 E. Business Hwy 83; REZ24-4

Rezoning: Lots 32, 33, and 34, Block “C”, Butterfield Addition, from (R-1) Single Family Residential to (C-3) General Business; Address: 110 S. Mayberry Avenue; REZ24-5

Rezoning: A 5.02 acre tract of land out of Lot 265, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-1T) Townhouse Residential; Address: 2606 N Shary Road; REZ24-6

Rezoning: A 27.969 acre tract of land out of Lot 29-10, West Addition to Sharyland, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-1A) Large Lot Single Family; Address: 3315 N. Bryan Road; REZ24-1

Rezoning: Tract 1: A tract of land containing 0.612 of one acre, being a part or portion of the Gulf Course and Lake Reserve out of Meadow Creek Country Club Phase I-B; Tract 2: A tract of land containing 0.551 of one acre, being a part or portion of the Gulf Course and Lake Reserve out of Meadow Creek Country Club Phase I-B; Tract 3: A tract of land containing 0.613 of one acre, being a part or portion of the Gulf Course and Lake Reserve out of Meadow Creek Country Club Phase I-B, from PUD (AO-P) Permanent Open Space District to PUD (R-1) Single Family Residential District; Addresses: 1916 Crystal Drive; 1931 Meadow Way Drive; 1914 Crystal Drive; REZ23-39

Discussion and Action to Amend the Planning and Zoning Commission Bylaws
