November 4 – The RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce annual “Noche de Gala” will be held at the Kalos Event Center, 1516 E. Expressway 83, Mission.  The event highlights business honorees and includes a dinner, dance and silent and live auction items. Funds raised benefit the RGVHCC.
