Request for Proposals for Independent Auditing Services

RFP: 2023-100-512-010 City of La Joya, Texas

The City of La Joya, Texas, is issuing a Requests for Proposals (RFP) for Independent Auditing Services from a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or accounting firm to audit the City’s finances for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2023, with the option of auditing the City’s finances for the two subsequent fiscal years ending, September 30, 2024 and 2025.

The RFP can be obtained by contacting City Secretary Vanessa Trevino at 956.581.7002, or [email protected], or by picking it up at the La Joya City Hall, 701 E. Expressway 83, La Joya, Texas between the hours of 8:00 am-3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Sealed Proposals marked “Proposal for Independent Auditing Services for the City of La Joya 2023-100-512-010” should be received at City Hall no later than 3:00 pm CST, on August 28, 2023.

The City Council may consider the selection of an Independent Auditor or Auditing Firm at a City Council Regular Meeting on September 12, 2023 at 5:30 pm CST in the City Hall Council Chambers.
