The City of Alton will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 5:45 p.m. at the City Hall Legislative Chambers located at 509 S. Alton Boulevard to consider the following request:

VARIANCE REQUEST:

Azalia Lomeli, owner, is requesting a variance to reduce the driveway by 2 parking spaces beyond the front setback; As per Chapter 3. – Zoning and Lands Use ; Section 3.6. – Lot Dimensional and Development Standards (n) ; Single Family Residential parking requirements shall have 2 parking spaces located beyond the front setback.:
