NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION OF SURPLUS CITY PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that the City of Peñitas will hold a public auction for the sale of various surplus property. Items are no longer needed for city use and will be sold to the highest bidder.

Auction Details:

Date: Saturday, October 4, 2025 Time: 12:00 p.m. (Preview begins at 9:00 a.m.) Location: 2001 E 3 Mile Rd., Peñitas, TX 78576

Items for Auction: • Vehicle-Truck • General merchandise (Restaurant Equipment and Supplies)

A full inventory list is available for public inspection at the Peñitas Police Substation office during normal business hours.

Terms of Sale: • All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied .•The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

• Full payment must be made on the day of the sale by cash. •All items must be removed from the premises on the day of the auction.
