NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Palmview Zoning Board of Adjustments will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Palmview City Hall Council Chambers, 400 W Veterans Blvd, Palmview, Texas, to consider the following:

• Consideration for a variance, requested by Victor Casas, to allow an encroachment of 6 feet into the west 6-foot side setback at ABRAM ESTATES NO. 1 LOT 68; 2819 MEHRAN DR.

• Consideration for a variance to allow an exception to the subdivision requirements, requested by Reynaldo Barrera, at GOODWIN TRACT NO. 1 E438.28’-N188.3’ LOT 12 BLK 2 1.93AC NET; 1700 MIKE BARRERA ST.
