OBIT-Doris Ward

MISSION – Doris (Pearson) Ward, 89, passed away on Friday, Feb. 28, 2014 at Waterford Gardens in Mission.

She was born on April 12, 1924. She worked for over 47years in banking in Mission with First National Bank, NBC Bank and Bank of America.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Gertrude Pearson; brothers Osce Pearson, Harrol Pearson and Billy Joe Pearson; and sisters, Lorena Smith, Lillian Henderson and Helen Cowan.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 3, at 10 a.m. at Valley Memorial Gardens on Taylor Road. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
