SULLIVAN CITY – Ruben Lopez Salinas passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at his home in Sullivan City. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, March 27, at 1:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Sullivan City. Burial will follow at Sullivan City Cemetery.
