OBIT-Elizardo “Chardo” Ramos, Sr.

MISSION – Elizardo “Chardo” Ramos, Sr., 87 passed away on Friday, March 27, 2015, at Mission Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

He is survived by children, Elizardo Ramos Jr., Ricardo Ramos, and Robert Ramos; 13 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren. He is also survived by his four sisters, Estella, Eloidia, Petra, and Dominga.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolina; a son, Ramiro Ramos; a sister, Gregoria, and his parents, Salivadoro and Vicenta DeLuna Ramos.

Visitation will be held today, Monday, March 30, 2015, from 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m., at Ric Brown Family Funeral Home Chapel in Mission. A funeral mass will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, March 31, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Mission. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in McAllen.
