ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR OTHER SUBSTITUTED SERVICE

On August 9, 2017 , the Court considered the Plaintiffs Motion for Other Substituted Service.

The Court adopts the affidavit of Leonardo Bermudez as fact and incorporates same as if set forth here at length.

The Court finds that service of citation by publication on Defendant, Hector Javier Bennudez, is authorized and that the following method of service would be as likely as publication to give such Defendant actual notice: to use the local newspaper The Progress

Times servicing residents of Mission, McAllen, Palmview, Penitas, La Joya and Sullivan City, Texas.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that service on Defendant, Hector Javier Bennudez, be effected as soon as possible pursuant to the method specified herein. The officer executing the citation shall state on the return the manner in which service is accomplished and shall attach any evidence showing the result of the service.
