Mission’s Halloween Family Festival moved due to rain threat

The threat of rain has prompted Mission’s Historical Museum to move the majority of its Halloween Family Festival, otherwise known as Mysteries at the Boo!seum, to the city’s Parks and Recreation Department.

The event, normally held outdoors in the courtyard of the museum at 900 Dougherty Street, is being moved indoors at the Parks and Recreation Department headquarters located 721 N. Bryan Road. The only event remaining at the museum’s annex will be the haunted house located in the annex basement. 20161031 Booseum

The free event will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. at both locations.
