The Mission Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on March 28, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:
Rezoning: 0.825 acres out of Lot 265, John H. Shary Subdivision, from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to C-3 (General Business); and Rezoning: The South 7.58 acres of Lot 13, Goodwin Tract Subdivision No. 3, from AO-I (Agricultural Open Interim) to R-3 (Multi-Family Residential); and Rezoning: Lot 6, Block 195, Mission Original Townsite Subdivision, from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to C-3 (General Business)
If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement.
