The Mission Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on July 25, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: Being a 19.61 acre tract of land comprised of the South ½ of Lot 262, John H. Shary Subdivision, from (AO-I) Agricultural Open Interim to (R-1) Single Family Residential Discussion and Action to Amend the Sign Code Ordinance to Increase Maximum size allowed for Ground Pole or Tenant Sign on Expressway corridor and secondary arterial corridors

Discussion and Action to Amend Various portions of the Zoning Ordinance

If a zoning is amended during the public hearing, it shall be pursuant to the City of Mission’s Amendatory Zone Policy Statement.
