NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That by virtue of a certain Writ of Execution/ Order of Sale on Judgment in Cause No. C-3362-19-G issued out of the Honorable DISTRICT COURT OF THE 370th JUDICIAL DISTRICT, HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS on the 5th day of March 2020, and styled HOMOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION OF CIMARRON, INC. (Plaintiff) VS ARIES CONSTRUCCIONES, LLC (Defendant) and whereas plaintiff recovered a judgment on the 25th day of November, 2019 for the sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Four Dollars and Eighteen Cents ($4,594.18), (actual damages of Eight Hundred Twenty One Dollars and Fourteen Cents ($821.14), Attorney’s fees in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2,502.50); Court cost of Three Hundred Fifteen Dollars and Eighty Seven Cents ($315.87); service fees of One Hundred Fifteen Dollars and Zero Cents ($115.00), for post judgment interest from November 25, 2019, through the anticipated foreclosure date of May 5, 2020, in the amount of Eighty Dollars and Sixty Seven Cents ($89.67); and Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($750.00) in Attorney’s fees for the projected cost of handling the foreclosure with all costs of suit as of record is manifest, in favor of HOMOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION OF CIMARRON, INC. and placed in my hands for service on March 5, 2020, I, J.E. “Eddie” Guerra, as Sheriff of Hidalgo County, Texas, did on the 24th day of March 2020, levy on certain Real Estate, situated in Hidalgo County, Texas, described as follows, to-wit:
And levied upon as the property of Aries Construction, LLC and that on the first Tuesday in the month of June 2020, the same being the 2nd day of said month, at 2802 South Business Highway 281, The Hidalgo County Administrative Building, Edinburg, Texas, hereby designated by The Hidalgo County Commissioners Court, in the City of Edinburg, Texas, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. by virtue of said levy and said Writ of Execution/ Order of Sale, I will sell said above real estate at public venue, for cash, to the highest bidder, as the property of Aries Construction, LLC in compliance with the law, I give this notice by publication, in the English Language, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks immediately proceeding said day of sale, in The Progress Times a Newspaper in Hidalgo County, Texas.
