AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to construct a new telecommunications facility near 1275 Robin Avenue, McAllen, Hidalgo County, TX. The new facility will consist of a 34-foot wood utility pole replacement with a top mounted antenna for an overall height of 37 feet.
