The Mission Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. by Teleconference in order to consider the following:

Rezoning: Tract 1: 715 Walsh Avenue, A 2.00-acre tract of land, more or less, out of Lot 20-4, West Addition to Sharyland Subdivision, from (C-3) General Business to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential
Rezoning: Tract 2: The South 525.0 feet of the East 525.0 feet of Lot 20-3, West Addition to Sharyland Subdivision, from (I-1) Light Industrial to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential

Discussion and Possible Action on Ordinance Establishing a Process to Assess and Resolve Building Setbacks, Inclusive of a Contingency Protocol
