NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Palmview Zoning Board of Adjustments will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the Palmview City Hall Council Chambers, 400 West Veterans Blvd, Palmview, Texas to consider the following:
• Consideration for a variance to the nonconforming use requirement, requested by Romulo G. Rivera, to allow alteration (solar panel installation) of a nonconforming structure at VALLE BELLA LOT 21; 2506 VALLE BELLA DR.
• Consideration for a variance to the nonconforming use requirement, requested by Equisolar Inc, to allow alteration (solar panel installation) of a nonconforming structure at MARLA LOT 12; 1508 MARLA DR.
• Consideration for a variance to the setback requirement, requested by Luis Espino, to allow an encroachment of 5ft into a 40ft rear setback at BELLA VISTA LOT 21; 1101 BELLA VISTA AVE.
