An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Palmhurst amending Chapter 58 “Zoning”, Article II “Regulations and Districts”, Division 1 “Generally” and to establish Section 58-27 “Off-street Parking Regulations” and amending Chapter 14 “ Businesses” Article II “Permits”, Section 14-21 “Requirements and Specifications for Businesses” to reconcile said provision to the off-street regulations.
