Notice is hereby given that the Palmview Zoning Board of Adjustments will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Palmview City Hall Council Chambers, 400 West Veterans Blvd, Palmview, Texas to consider the following:
• Consideration for a variance to the subdivision requirements, requested by Conrado Saenz, to allow an exception to construct a home on a metes and bounds tract at GOODWIN TRACT NO. 1 LOT 23 N5.00AC BLK 3, 2412 N. Abram Rd.
