REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR PARK IMPROVEMENTS

The City of La Joya, Texas is issuing this Requests for Proposals (RFP) for Park Improvements from qualified General Contractors.

The RFP is available beginning August 30, 2024 and can be obtained by contacting calling City Secretary, Vanessa Trevino, at [email protected]; or by pick-up at La Joya City Hall, 701 E. Expressway 83, La Joya, Texas 78560-4051.

Sealed Proposals should be received by the Parks & Recreation Department, at La Joya City Hall, 701 E. Expressway 83, La Joya, Texas 78560-4051 no later than 3:00 pm, September 13, 2024.

The City Council may consider the selection a General Contractor at a City Council Special Meeting on September 17, 2024 at 6:00 pm, at La Joya City Hall Chamber. Contract may be awarded either to the lowest responsible Respondent or to the Respondent which provides services at the best value for the City.
