REQUEST FOR SEALED PROPOSALS
FOR BANK DEPOSITORY SERVICES
The City of Palmview is issuing this Request for Sealed Proposal (RFP) for professional services which will include the following:
Bank Depository Services/General Banking Services
The City of Palmview, Texas is requesting proposals for a banking services contract for a term of three years commencing on NOVEMBER 1, 2024 and ending OCTOBER 31ST, 2027, with possible two years extension or until such time as a successor Depository is selected and qualified agrees to a depository agreement.

The City is requesting three (3) copies of the proposal in a sealed envelope. The envelope should clearly indicate it is a proposal for audit services. Proposals submitted by fax or electronically will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted on or before 3:00 p.m., on Friday October 20th, 2024, in a sealed envelope and addressed as follows:
