NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON

AMENDMENT OF WATER CONSERVATION PLAN

AND DROUGHT CONTINGENCY PLAN

Agua Special Utility District will hold a public hearing at 6 P.M. on December 16, 2024 in the Agua Special Utility District’s Administration Building, 3120 North Abram Rd., Palmview, Texas. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the revised Water Conservation Plan and Amended Drought Contingency Plan. Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the proposed changes to the plans. The revised Water Conservation Plan and Amended Drought Contingency Plan are available for public review during regular business hours at Agua Special Utility District’s Administration Building, 3120 North Abram Rd., Palmview, Texas.
