NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of La Joya will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 6:00PM at the City Hall Council Chambers located at 701 E Expressway 83 to consider the following request:

Rezone Request:

Mr. Juan Jorge Rios is requesting to Rezone Lots 44 & 45 Lakeview at Palm Shores-UT 1 at 309 & 312 Palm Shores Blvd., from Vacant and Undeveloped to Multi-Family M1.

The public is invited to attend the public meeting or file written support for or opposition to this application by 12:00 Noon April 1, 2025 for the Planning and Zoning and the City Council.
