The Zoning Board of Adjustments will hold a Regular Meeting and conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. at the Mission Council Chambers, 1201 E. 8th Street, Mission, Texas in order to consider the following:
Consider a variance request to allow a 6’ rear setback instead of the required 10’ for a 26’ x 28’ detached rear patio, being Lot 20, Hillcrest Valley Subdivision, located at 3106 Hillcrest Drive, as requested by Blanca Morin
Consider a variance request to allow a 2.3’ side setback instead of the required 6’ and a 4’ Front/Garage setback instead of the required 18’ for a propose replacement of a carport, being Lot 1, Block 7, Fiesta Village Phase I Subdivision, located at 1601 Mission Avenue, as requested by Jeffrey Horne
Consider a variance request to allow an 8.9’ rear setback instead of the required 15’, being Lot 30, The Legends at Cimarron Subdivision, located at 1713 Sebastian Drive, as requested by Raymundo Moreno
Consider a variance request to allow a total of 4,428 square feet instead of the maximum 2,802 square feet which equals to 40 percent allowed for accessory structures for an enclosed Storage/Garage building, being Lot 33B, Southwind Estates Unit II Subdivision, located at 1907 Royal Palms Drive, as requested by Carlos Lerma
