NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Palmview Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Palmview City Hall Council Chambers, 400 West Veterans Blvd, Palmview, Texas to consider the following:

• Consideration to rezone from its present designated land use zoning Agricultural Open Interim (AO-1) to Neighborhood Commercial District (C-2): BENTSEN GROVES LT 95 10.00 AC GR 9.78 AC NET; 1312 N BENTSEN PALM DR.

• Consideration to rezone from its present designated land use zoning Agricultural Open Interim (AO-1) to Heavy Commercial (C-4): MESQUITE HOLLOW LOT 36; 1200 S. FM 492.

• Consideration for a Conditional Use Permit, requested by Abraham Hernandez, for the life of use, for a mobile office at Greeneland Acres Lot C; 1204 W Loop 374.
