NOTICE TO SELECT CITY DEPOSITORY

CITY OF PEÑITAS

The City of Peñitas is accepting sealed applications for the selection of a City Depository as required by the provisions of Article 2559 and 2560 of the Texas Statutes. Detailed specifications may be obtained at the City of Peñitas, City Manager’s Office, P.O. Box 204 (if by mail) 1111 S. Main, Peñitas, Texas 78576 (if delivered in person), between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, by calling 956-581-3345, or email: [email protected].

Sealed applications must be submitted no later 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025. Please mark your bid “Proposal for Banking Services.”

The City of Peñitas reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept that deemed most advantageous to the City.
