Description: City of Sullivan City is soliciting Statement of Qualifications for Engineering Consulting Services for the development of an engineering rotation List that may be utilized for a term not to exceed 3 years.

Deadline: Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) addressed to Mr. Richard Ozuna City Manager, will be received until Thursday, November 06, 2025 at 2:00 PM Central Standard times (CST). Statements of qualifications are only to be hand delivered to 500 Cenizo Dr. Sullivan City, Texas, on or before the aforementioned date and time. Original, hard copy will only be accepted late submittals shall not be accepted.

The City of Sullivan City reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, and to accept the proposal considered the best and most advantageous to the City, and to hold the responses for a period of one-hundred twenty (120) days without taking action.
