NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Palmview Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Palmview City Hall Council Chambers, 400 West Veterans Blvd, Palmview, Texas to consider the following:

• Consideration for a conditional use permit, requested by Lydia Garza, for the life of use, to allow on premise consumption at an event center at AJR LOT 1; 211 Showers Rd.

•Consideration to rezone from its present designated land use zoning General Business (C-3) to Heavy Commercial (C-4): THE HILL LOT 3; 1404 S. FM 492.

Additionally, notice is hereby given that a hearing before the Palmview City Council will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025 at 5:30 pm at the Palmview City Hall Council Chambers to consider the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Board on these matters.
