NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:

The City of Peñitas, Texas proposes the following:

-CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Drive Thru Service- Sale of Alcohol Beverages -Wine & Beer Retailer’s Permit (BG) -El Toxico Drive Thru

Double “F” Lot 1

-CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Sale of Alcohol Beverages -Wine & Beer Retailer’s Permit (BG) – Stripes Store #42765H

St. Ives Peñitas Phase 2 Lot 4

A public hearing will be held by and before the Planning and Zoning Commission on November 20th, 2025, at 6:00pm at the Peñitas Public Library at 1111 S. Main St., Peñitas, Texas, 78576, for all persons interested in the above-proposed item. At said time and place, all such people shall have the right to appear and be heard.

A second public hearing will be held by City Council at a Regular Meeting on December 3th, 2025, at 6:00 pm at the Peñitas Public Library, 1111 S. Main St., for final adoption.
