NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
The City of Peñitas, Texas proposes the following:
-CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Mixed Beverage Permit (MB) – Olive Garden Holdings LLC dba Olive Garden #6549
Peñitas Crossing Subdivision Lot 7
-CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Mixed Beverage Permit (MB) – Rare Hospitality International Inc. dba Longhorn Steakhouse #5727
Peñitas Crossing Subdivision Lot 8
A public hearing will be held by and before the Planning and Zoning Commission on December 18th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Peñitas Public Library at 1111 S. Main St., Peñitas, Texas, 78576, for all persons interested in the above-proposed item. At said time and place, all such people shall have the right to appear and be heard.
A second public hearing will be held by City Council at a Regular Meeting on January 7th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Peñitas Public Library, 1111 S. Main St., for final adoption.
